Who attends Circuit training?

"I am 30 year old female and I would highly recommend Circuits for any one at any level who would like to tone up or generally increase their level of fitness. Combining a brilliant instructor, great music and a variety of different types of exercises, circuit training I feel it the best class by far for a full all-round workout. The atmosphere is really friendly and encouraging which contributes to making exercise that little bit more fun and enjoyable. I’m sure once anyone has given it a try they will be back for more" - Heidi Welburn, Withernsea Member

"I am 61 yrs old and could not do without my 1 hr of circuit training with Donna on a Monday night. It keeps me supple and fit, to prove it I have just walked over 100 miles in 7 days- marvellous way to keep fit"  - Doreen
