Les Mills BTS classes
Body Balance which incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates - to improve flexibility and core strength. Body Combat - This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.
Body Pump - 'You want Rock Hard then Join the quarry' This intense class mixes the use of body strength and the use of weights. This is a high adrenaline and highly motivating class.
Stability Ball with fit balls - for core strength training and toning.
Spinning and much much more.

Class Programme April 2010Tone Zone Fitness Suite
Our health & fitness suite has been extended and fully fitted with the latest concept in cardiovascular and resistance equipment, as well as a free weights area incorporating dumb bells and a
Smiths machine. Our fully trained coaches are available to provide advice, design programmes, carry out regular health checks (FREE to Sure DD members), and to help you achieve your goals. All of our cardiovascular equipment is fitted with on screen entertainment with music, sport and terrestrial channels. The gym temperature is sustained at around 19 degrees C for everyone's comfort and enjoyment.

Admissions Policy
Customers need to be 16 or older and have completed a gym induction before they can use the Tone Zone unsupervised.
Juniors (14 - 16 year olds) can use the Tone Zone during junior sessions or at other times when accompanied by an adult.
All tone zone customers are issued with a swipe card after completing their induction. This card must be presented at reception to gain admission and admission is at the discretion of the centre management if a card cannot be produced.
Inductions
In order to use the Tone Zone you will be required to undertake an induction. This is so you can use the fitness equipment safely and to help obtain the maximum benefits from your workout. During the session you will have the opportunity to try the equipment so please bring appropriate clothing and flat shoes or trainers with you.
As well as the induction or familiarisation session, customers can arrange for a personal health check or for a personal training programme to be created for them.
We recommend that all customers have a personal programme created and have their programme reviewed by a member of staff every six weeks.
Inductions, health checks and programme reviews are available throughout each day and can be booked at reception
Junior Gym
Although the general age restriction for access to the gym is 16, 14 year olds are able to come down too. If you are aged 14 - 16 we have sessions for you every week night at 3.45pm till 5.30pm and on a Saturday12.30 - 2.00pm. Subject to having an induction, our Tone Zone fitness team can design you an individual programme to get a healthy start in life

Sauna

Why not relax in our sauna. An ideal way to soothe away the stresses of modern day life. No need to book!

Body Combat - Les mills

Body pump - Les Mills

Body PumpBODY PUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awsome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!
Spinning Classes
Group Spinning Classes

Spinning is one of our most popular classes. We have various classes running throughout the week. It is a self-paced class accommodating both beginners and the advanced. You may need to ring and book to guarantee a place.
Aqua Aerobics
This is our only water-based exercise class. The weight bearing nature of the class, means low impact and very little stress on joints.
The times are as follows:
Mondays 11.30-12.15, Wednesdays 11-11.45am, Fridays 9.30-10.15am (12.00-12.45 from 23rd of April untill 2nd July) Please contact the centre to guarantee a place for yourself.

Aerocircuits
Circuit training is simple to follow and an ideal way to get fit and stay fit. This session is as much about having fun while having a great workout. Come along and give it a try, Mondays evenings from 8pm-9pm.

Fit-Ball Classes
Fit-Ball is a low impact class for improving tone and strength of all major muscle groups. It also helps strengthen your core stability. This class will suit all levels of fitness. The class is available for a maximum of 10 people so needs to be booked in advance.

Tone Zone Refurbishment
We are proud to announce that our Tone Zone gym has undergone a major refurbishment with new equipment and a small extension. Come and try the state of the art equipment with touch screen technology, new multi functional trainer, vibration plate and the abs cruncher
